I certainally applaud the president for using his authority to allow the Navy to do what it needs to train for real threats (China) but also agree with this author.
Hopefully now he re-think the Law of the Sea Treaty. He is the one who said America would not allow the UN to veto our policies, though that is exactly what this would do.
