1. Maybe the Dems, for better or worse, are actually talking about what the majority of Democrats (the far left at least) care about; find me a Rep who is really conservative talking about the same and maybe thats why Dems are more exciting about their candidates.
2. Dems are emotional, Reps are rational- Rush Limbaugh. So of course, someone like B. Hussein Obama would excite them.
3. So he was right on one thing concerning national security (the surge), but what about gitmo, giving terrorists legal rights, no waterboarding, etc...
