Yes I understand that the parties have the right to chose their candidates anyway they wish, but as I have said before anything started by Pres. Carter may not be the wisest way to go.
Also, per my plan of states voting in blocs of 10 as to their ratification of the Constitution, candidates would still have to go to "fly over" country but why a select few get to pick for the rest of us is the unAmerican part of it; and it doesn't matter its Iowa, NH, or SC to me.
