Sounds fishy to me.
I hate to admit it when Europe does something right, but this isn't a problem in the
rest of the "civilized world" where you can get whatever phone on whatever service
you want; something called free choice and free market.
Interesting, perhaps we can try that here.
And wow never would have guessed I would encourage gov't involvement in business, but of course the gov't does regulate the Internet making it more open; at least as of this post.
